This policy explains what data RBVPN handles when providing cross-border access, international routes and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage it. Using the service means you have read this policy.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an RBVPN account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is not a mandatory registration field. Account operations retain the username, password verification data, subscription status and aggregated traffic usage for authentication, plan delivery, quota display and account security. Password verification data is used only for authentication and is not displayed as readable text on pages.

When a transaction occurs, RBVPN retains the selected plan, order amount, payment method, payment status, refund status and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm payment, activate service, handle billing disputes and process refunds. Text, screenshots or diagnostic information submitted through a support ticket are used to handle that request.

The website may process page address, referring page, browser type, operating system, access time, network address and basic interaction events for analytics, troubleshooting and security protection. After de-identification or aggregation, analytics may be used to improve page structure and service stability.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

RBVPN does not record which websites users visit, retain webpage content, communications, DNS queries or transmitted payloads, or maintain a long-term record linking usernames to destination websites. Network addresses, authentication status, selected routes and session status needed for a route connection are processed only while establishing and maintaining the connection. After a session ends, connection details that could reconstruct the destination are not retained.

Plan metering retains only account-level aggregated traffic usage to apply monthly subscription quota resets or deduct traffic packages. This aggregate does not include destinations, page content or application communications. When users voluntarily submit diagnostic materials for troubleshooting, those materials are handled only with the related support ticket.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences and necessary security markers. This information maintains sessions, reduces repeated setup and keeps account operations consistent. Analytics may also use similar technology to distinguish repeat visits, but it does not record specific content accessed through international routes.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, login status, language selection and some interface preferences may need to be configured again; orders and subscription status already saved to the account will not change.

Third-Party Payment Processing

RBVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment service or blockchain network. Third parties handle information needed for payment accounts, transaction verification and risk controls under their own rules, and RBVPN cannot control their independent data processing activities.

RBVPN retains only the order information needed to confirm orders, activate service, process refunds and reconcile accounts. It does not obtain complete authentication credentials held by users on third-party payment services. Before using a third-party payment service, users should also review that service's privacy rules.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, reconcile accounts and resolve disputes. Analytics, support-ticket materials and security records are kept only for the period needed for their respective purposes; afterward, they are deleted, de-identified or converted into aggregate information that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request access, correction or deletion of account data. To prevent unauthorized actions, RBVPN may first verify the requester's connection to the account. Once deletion is completed, account access and related subscription delivery will stop; orders or dispute records that must be retained by law will be handled after the applicable obligation ends.

Policy Updates and User Choices

This policy may be updated as service processes, technical measures or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. Significant changes to processing purposes or user rights will receive a clear notice through the website or user panel.

Users can manage local data in their browser or submit privacy-related requests through a user-panel support ticket. Before continuing to use an updated service, users are encouraged to reread this policy; if they disagree with the relevant processing practices, they can stop using the service and request deletion of account data that can be deleted.
