Service Scope

RBVPN provides network acceleration, route scheduling, and subscription management for cross-border access. The service covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, exit regions, and connection methods are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the time.

Routes may change because of maintenance, network conditions, resource scheduling, or changes to destination service policies. RBVPN may update route configurations, client access methods, and operating procedures without changing the core benefits of an existing subscription. Users should select routes suited to their actual access needs and keep their client configuration operational.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their password promptly and reset the relevant subscription information in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but account access, subscription links, and service benefits are intended only for reasonable use by the account holder. Selling, renting, transferring, publicly posting, or sharing account credentials or subscription content is prohibited. Personal subscriptions may not be packaged and offered to others as a separate network service. Users may connect devices they personally manage, but may not use this arrangement for resale or bulk distribution.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and upgrade results are determined by the records in the user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location of the service they access, and must independently confirm that their network activities meet local requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, interference with network operations, distribution of illegal content, intellectual property infringement, invasion of privacy, or fraud.

Users may not use the service for automated abuse, malicious scanning, attacks, resource exhaustion, or any other activity that affects normal route operation. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their conduct. RBVPN may take necessary risk-control measures to protect its infrastructure and other users' normal access.

Availability and Liability

RBVPN will continue maintaining its routes and user panel, but cross-border connections can be affected by local carriers, public networks, device systems, client configurations, destination website policies, and temporary maintenance. Accordingly, the service does not guarantee that any particular route, region, or third-party service will remain available at all times.

Users should save important materials independently and verify their connection status. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RBVPN is not liable beyond the subscription service provided for interruptions, access failures, or data loss caused by third-party network failures, device environments, incorrect configurations, events beyond reasonable control, or failure to follow instructions. Third-party websites, applications, and content are operated by their respective providers.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the process shown in the user panel at the time. Once a refund is completed, the related subscription benefits and remaining service eligibility will end.

If there are reasonable grounds to determine that an account violates these terms, resells or shares a subscription, threatens service infrastructure, harms other users' rights, or is used for unlawful purposes, RBVPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. RBVPN may also temporarily restrict related features to investigate security incidents or handle valid complaints. When ending service use, users must stop using subscription links and imported connection configurations.

Changes and Applicability

RBVPN may update these terms in response to changes in service features, operating procedures, or applicable rules. Updated versions will be published on this site, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the reference. Important changes affecting user benefits may also be explained in the user panel.

Continued use of the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If users disagree with the updated terms, they should stop using the service. If any provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms and the privacy policy on this site form the basic rules governing use of RBVPN services.
