About RBVPN

An overview of the service scope, route management, and data-handling principles for cross-border access.

Service Scope

RBVPN is designed for individuals who need reliable access to international websites, remote collaboration platforms, AI tools, and streaming services. The service focuses on reducing congestion, inefficient routing, and connection instability across cross-border links, providing a consistent and manageable network experience across devices.

The service currently covers 100+ countries and 190+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited devices. Users can choose an exit location based on the destination service, route type, and real-world connection performance, rather than relying on one route for every use case.

Operating Principles

Routes are selected primarily for stability, cross-border routing quality, and suitability for the destination region. IEPL dedicated routes suit scenarios that require sustained connections; transit routes balance coverage and connection quality; and direct routes offer a broader choice of regions. Route adjustments are based on actual network conditions rather than relying on a single label to represent the user experience.

When a connection issue occurs, first confirm the client and subscription status, then check the local network, and finally switch to a route in the same or a nearby region. For persistent issues, follow the relevant steps in the Help Center, or submit a ticket through the user panel so the issue can be investigated by device, platform, and route.

Privacy Practices

RBVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users visit, their browsing content, or specific network activity. Data required to operate the service is handled according to data-minimization principles and used only for account identification, subscription status, traffic accounting, troubleshooting, and service security. Access is limited according to these defined purposes.

Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. When troubleshooting is necessary, provide only client version, route name, and error details directly related to the issue, and avoid submitting unrelated personal information. For a complete explanation of data scope, retention, and user rights, please read the Privacy Policy.
