How to handle changing usage

For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days and the result is shown before submission. For variable needs, compare data bundles directly and distinguish permanent data from monthly-reset data.

To request a refund, log in to the dashboard and describe the relevant order in a ticket. Tickets keep order details, issue descriptions, and progress together, avoiding repeated submissions across different pages. Refund processing follows the Terms of Service; the ticket record in the dashboard is definitive.

If the issue involves client import, route selection, or connection settings, include the platform and symptoms in the ticket. Some connection issues may be resolved by changing the target region, re-importing the subscription, or checking the local network. If you still decide to request a refund, continue in the same ticket.

Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. They do not reset monthly, making them suitable for irregular usage, saving data across months, or keeping a long-term reserve.

Can I upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle?
