BEFORE STARTING
Before You Start
Before starting setup, confirm that the current device can open the RBVPN user dashboard normally, and prepare a username and password you can keep securely over time. RBVPN does not require an email address when creating an account. These credentials are used to sign in to the dashboard, view orders, and access subscription details, so choose a combination that is easy to distinguish and known only to you.
This guide does not provide static installer URLs or display usable subscription details on the page. Client access and account-specific subscriptions are provided through the user dashboard. This avoids outdated downloads and keeps subscription details aligned with the current order status. If you do not have an account, create one in the next section. If you have already completed a purchase, skip directly to “Get Your Subscription Link.”
For the initial setup, configure just one device. Once the connection works, configure other devices with the same account. RBVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. This guide covers imports on common desktop and mobile platforms; for Linux command-line and system proxy details, see the relevant networking principles in AI Tools Guide and Technical Notes.
ACCOUNT
Create an Account
Open the RBVPN sign-up page and set a username and password. Submit the form when finished; the system will create the account and open the user dashboard. No email address is required, so check the username carefully before submitting and save the password in a trusted password manager. If the username is entered incorrectly, later sign-ins will continue to report mismatched credentials.
After creation, check that the user dashboard shows entries such as Account Overview, Plans, Clients, and Orders. If the page remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. The dashboard is the hub for everything that follows: plan selection, order status, subscription links, and client access are all handled there, without repeatedly searching through marketing pages.
If the username is unavailable, the page does not respond, or you cannot sign in after submitting, do not create multiple accounts repeatedly. First check for extra spaces in the entered details, then reopen the login page and try once more. If the issue continues, go to Accounts and Subscriptions in the Help Center and follow the relevant troubleshooting steps.
PLAN
Choose a Plan and Place an Order
On the plans page, first decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package fits your usage. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9 per month for 60GB, ¥18 per month for 250GB, and ¥28 per month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. These plans suit ongoing use with relatively consistent monthly needs. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire, making them better for occasional use or significantly changing monthly needs.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due, then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Submit the order and complete payment as instructed, then return to the user dashboard to check the order status. The page may need to refresh before payment and plan activation are reflected, so do not place another order while the status is still updating.
When the account overview shows an active plan and available data, the order is active and you can retrieve the subscription link. If the order status has not changed, refresh the dashboard and confirm that payment was completed. For further assistance, submit the order details through the ticket entry in the user dashboard. RBVPN plans include a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy; the applicable scope and process are governed by the Terms of Service.
If you are not sure which data tier you need, review the full plan pricing and data guide first. When upgrading during a plan period, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days, so focus on your near-term data needs rather than researching every advanced route parameter during initial setup.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get Your Subscription Link
After the plan takes effect, open the account overview and find the option to copy the subscription or import it into a client in the subscription section. After you click Copy, the link is placed on the system clipboard. It contains account-specific access credentials, so protect it like a password. Do not post it on public websites, in screenshots, chat groups, or shared documents. When setting up another device, transfer it securely between controlled devices, or sign in to the dashboard again and copy it there.
A subscription link is usually a long URL. If you need to recognize its format, use the clearly fake example below as a visual reference. It is only for illustrating the appearance of a link; it cannot establish a connection and is not a real RBVPN address.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Do not open the copied link directly in a browser address bar or edit any of its characters manually. Instead, open a client that supports subscription import and paste the complete link into “Add Subscription” or “Remote Configuration.” The client will read the route list and related settings, so you do not need to enter server addresses one by one.
If the Copy button does not respond, allow the browser to access the clipboard or use the manual copy option in the dashboard to select the complete content. If the client reports a format error after pasting, return to the dashboard and copy the link again, checking that nothing is missing at either end. CLIENT IMPORT
Import into Clients on Every Platform
On the Clients page in the user dashboard, select the operating system of the current device and use the provided entry to get the appropriate client. The client and subscription link serve different purposes: the client establishes the system network connection, while the subscription link provides RBVPN route settings to the client. After installation, you still need to import the subscription. The configuration is complete only when the route list appears.
Windows
On Windows, use a desktop client that supports remote subscriptions. After installing and opening it, look for “Add Subscription” in the main interface, configuration manager, or subscription manager. Some clients place this option in the taskbar icon’s context menu, while others put it at the top of the configuration page. Paste the link copied from the user dashboard, give the configuration a recognizable name, and confirm the addition.
After adding it, run an update or refresh once. When the route names appear, choose one as the current route, then return to the client’s main interface and enable the system proxy or connection switch. If the list is empty, first check whether the subscription has refreshed instead of reinstalling the client.
macOS
On macOS, use a desktop client that supports subscription configuration. When you open it for the first time, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration access. Follow the system prompt, then choose Import from Link in the client’s configuration, subscription, or remote configuration menu. Paste and save the complete subscription link, then click Update so the client can load routes from the account subscription.
When selecting a route and enabling the connection, macOS may show another system authorization prompt. Confirm it as instructed; the menu bar or client window will then show the connection status. If the client already contains an old configuration, create a separate RBVPN configuration name so the sources remain easy to distinguish.
Android
On Android, use a mobile client that supports subscription import. After installing and opening it, enter configuration management from the side menu or the Add button on the home screen. Choose “Import from URL,” “Subscription Link,” or an equivalent option. Paste the link, confirm, and wait for the route list to load. The first time you connect, Android will display a system VPN connection permission prompt; approve it so the client can create the network interface.
If the link is not retained after switching apps, copy it from the user dashboard and return to the client immediately to paste it. Some systems restrict background activity. If the connection drops frequently, allow the client to run normally in the system battery settings. Menu locations vary by device; for troubleshooting, see Connections and Troubleshooting in the Help Center.
iOS
On iOS, use a client that supports subscription or remote configuration imports. Refer to the current instructions in the user dashboard for available clients and access methods, as App Store regions and client formats may differ. Open the client, tap Add in the configuration list, choose import from URL, subscription, or clipboard, and paste the account subscription link.
Save the configuration, refresh the route list, and choose the route you want to use. The first connection will show an iOS VPN configuration authorization prompt; confirm it in the system interface, then return to the client and enable the connection. CONNECT
Connect and Verify It Works
After importing, choose a route from the client’s list that matches the region of the service you want to use. For a service in a specific region, prefer an exit in that region or a nearby one. For everyday websites, collaboration tools, or AI Tools, start with a nearby route that offers a stable connection. You do not need to understand every difference between IEPL, transit, and direct routes on your first session; establish a stable connection first, then adjust based on actual experience.
After selecting a route, return to the client’s main interface and enable the connection switch, system proxy, or equivalent control. Wait until the status shows “Connected,” then open the target website in a browser. Do not rely only on the client icon: open a page that requires access, confirm that it loads and that the sign-in flow can continue, and observe whether the connection remains stable during continued use.
If the client says it is connected but pages still use the previous network state, close and reopen the browser, or disconnect, switch to another route, and connect again. If no routes load, refresh the subscription first. If only one target service has issues, try another route in the target region. Common problems can usually be isolated in this order: refresh the subscription, switch routes, and restart the client. There is no need to change multiple system settings at once.
After connecting successfully, test actual access once in a familiar website, video conference, or development tool. Different apps have different requirements: websites prioritize response time, meetings prioritize sustained stability, and streaming output or long-lived connections depend more on uninterrupted sessions. For issues with a specific app, visit the Help Center and browse by account, connection, speed, or billing instead of changing every client parameter during basic setup.
MAINTENANCE
Ongoing Updates and Maintenance
After the first successful connection, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, and enabling the connection. The route list comes from the subscription, and the client’s subscription update function rereads the currently available configuration. Run a manual update when route names change, an existing route stops connecting, or a new device has just been configured.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. Use the user dashboard as the source of truth for remaining data, plan status, and order history rather than relying only on the client’s local display. The client may cache previously retrieved data information and synchronize the current status only after a subscription refresh.
The subscription link is account-specific information. If it has entered a public setting, stop sharing it and check the user dashboard for available reset options. After changing the link, delete or replace the old client configuration and import the new subscription. When moving between your own devices, you do not need to purchase another plan; sign in to the same account and retrieve the current subscription.
